Our delivery prices can vary depending on location and the size and weight of the product and are shown in the table below. We also offer free delivery for any order to most locations in the UK. For exclusions to certain areas of for certain products please see the definitions below.
Please note that the definition of the term "business day" on this and other pages of our website is as follows: Any day except Saturday, Sunday and UK and Scottish public holidays.
Due to the rising complexities, customs fees, and import tariffs associated with international shipping, we have made the difficult decision to stop shipping goods abroad. We strive to provide a smooth, reliable experience for our customers, which is not presently possible for all overseas orders. | Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm
Delivery Monday-Saturday for orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed before 2pm on Fridays will ship Friday and be delivered Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will ship Monday and be delivered Tuesday. Larger items will be shipped by Parcelforce Express 24 AM. Remote area exceptions apply.

Free
In stock items are despatched by Royal Mail or courier service within 3 business days. Free delivery orders are usually delivered within 5 business days (for products displayed as "in stock" at the time of purchase).
Priority (Tracked 48)
If received before 2pm your order will be despatched on the same day (Monday to Friday) by Royal Mail or courier service. This applies only to products shown as "in stock" at the time of purchase. Priority orders are usually delivered 1-3 business days after despatch (Monday to Saturday.)
Express (Tracked 24)
If received before 2pm your order will be despatched on the same day (Monday to Friday.) Orders placed after 2pm and at any time on weekends or public holidays will ship on the next business day. We use a combination of Royal Mail Tracked 24 and couriers who aim to deliver on the next day (Monday to Saturday.)
UK Islands & Remote Areas
This includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Large and heavy items, mainly cases and instruments, are subject to a £12.95 minimum shipping charge when delivered to these destinations. This is due to the much higher cost of delivering such items to these areas. These charges will be presented at checkout prior to payment.

Channel Islands
We supply goods VAT free to the Channel Islands with associated customs documentation. We use standard Royal Mail services for delivery of smaller items (Letter/ large letter / small parcel) shipped by either our Free or Priority (£2.99) options. Heavy or large items such as cases and instruments have a shipping charge of £20 due to the higher costs to ship these items.
