Pros:
The product is very comfortable in use, and it has made a big difference to my playing, allowing me to develop a more relaxed grip. I have been using it for more than 3 years now.
Cons:
The product doesn't last very long before it wears through. Until last year it needed to be replaced after a few months, but recently the product packaging changed, and apparently also the product, which now only lasts a few weeks, if that, which is disappointing. As the product is quite expensive for what it is, I am now actively looking for a more sustainable alternative.
Other:
I would give the product a 5 star rating for its good qualities, but because of the cost and considerable lack of wear resistance, I have reduced this to a generous 3.
