Pros:
Light, folds well for storage in case, stays on firmly, no sharp edges to scratch instrument. Comfortable for me - long neck and sloping shoulders.
Cons:
Pricey - not that different from my previous Kun Solo with extra long foot at a fraction of the price.
Other:
I'm never convinced by claims that shoulder rests affect the actual sound.
