The Otto Durrschmidt workshop was established in Markneukirchen, Saxony in 1894 and today members of the family still work in the family firm.

This bow will suit discerning amateur players and advanced students at the higher grades of the AB board. A bow that will last as long as the players needs.

Featuring a finely crafted round stick in graded Pernambuco for excellent balance and easy handling. Combined with a frog in fine grained solid ebony, fully mounted in solid sterling silver with pearl dot and slide. A 3 part adjuster in solid silver with heavy moulding completes an impressive aesthetic total.

A large leather thumbgrip and silver wire lapping in the German style ensure a comfortable playing stance.
