Premium quality French made bridges which feature swivelling feet to provide a good fit to any instrument without further adjustment. A cost effective solution for student violins. The bridges have the correct curvature and the string grooves are made. Available in 3 heights and sizes.
To ascertain the size required refer to the height measurement in the image, which is the distance from the surface of the instrument front to the centre of the bridge between the two middle strings. Compare with the existing bridge and adjust for the string clearance if necessary. The clearance between the string and the fingerboard at the end should be between 3.0mm and 3.5mm for the E and 4.5mm-5.5mm for the G. Please note that due to variations in the alignment of fingerboards it may not be possible to obtain the exact string heights indicated.

Pros: This bridge made a instant improvement on my old German violin. If you are not handy working with shaping wood, this bridge is worth using. Thanks again Stringzone for your reliable service.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Easy to fit on violin. Positive you don't need to take violin to somebody else to fit it to your Violin. Make sure you buy the correct size to replace old/broken bridge so there is no reason it doesn't sit properly on top of violin.. It is straight forward to measure old bridge to choose the correct size from options.
Cons: Can't think of any negatives.

Cons: There were no cons to all this; really happy with everything, thanks!

Pros: I was able to change my bridge myself. This is a quality product and comes ready shaped which made it easy to fit. Particularly in lockdown when I was unable to take my violin to a luthier I was able to continue playing
Cons: None

a great bridge
Pros: fantastic bridge if you are unable to afford a custom made bridge, easy to fit feet adjust to the correct curve for your violins top plate. i will be making a custom bridge later but this bridge is very nice and my violins tone is great with it fitted. i have a 100 year old violin which ive been restoring to playing condition and ive now 99%have done that
Cons: nothing at all.always best to geta custom bridge made as some times the string height is a bit different on g and e strings ie ok on one but bit higher on the other, this is not a huge deal but a custom made bridge negates this possible problem
