Description
The wound A strings are made of an entirely new material combination using innovative metals. The double layers of raw material surround a synthetic multifilament core whose elasticity and density has been designed to give a rich and bright sound.
It should be noted that the Forte set has only a slight increase in tension, making them less aggressive , or bright , than is usual in a High tension string, thus making them ideal for players requiring just a 'little' more boost .

Good strings for longer violins
Pros: I like the tension of the whole set . I choose because Corelli are tested on 330mm string lenght not 325mm which is helpful for violins with longer necks where tension is higher and you need to fit lower tension strings these being tested at 330mm you know the strings perform well at longer Vsl . With 325mm normal Vsl I would fit the high tension version of the set

Other: I like that the tensions of each string string zone show the tension of each string in lbs , this is helpful when you want to mix tensions . I’m luthier and I like this a lot
