Pros: I put see on an old plywood student cello to replace some very old, worn strings. The improvement in sound was amazing! The helicore strings have a lovely warm tone, and all the strings sound well balanced and consistent. They're very easy on the fingers too, and respond quickly without being too forgiving of bad technique. I never thought a plywood cello could sound so good. A big step up in sound from standard student strings.
Cons: None
Other: They settle in very quickly too

Pros: Lovely sound, very mellow. Much less abrasive than Dominant strings I was using. Bought these strings based on the reviews on the website and I'm pleased I did.
Cons: A string destroyed itself after being tuned but was replaced very quickly indeed by stringzone, which made it easier to deal with!
Other: great service from stringzone, very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Great value for the price. Very even sound across all strings and quite powerful projection. hold tuning very well indeed.
Cons: Take a while to play in and have to be careful with A as it will sometimes howl.
