Infeld blue have been designed to bring out the brilliance in your instrument. The tonal balance, playing characteristics and string response are excellent throughout. Made in Austria these strings come in a Set of 4, medium gauge, In 4/4 size only. Tin plated carbon steel. Removable ball end.

Pros: Maggini copy; strong bass. soft sound: these strings make a harder sound and louder top end. the first time the instrument is balanced .

Cons: the E didn't last 10 weeks , the A about a year'

Perfect!

Pros: Despite being an E string, it has depth and warmth. No shrillness - which I encountered in spades with the Red.

Cons: Quieter than the Red (but sooo much nicer!)
