Pros: Warmed up my bright fiddle. A joy to play! Gorgeous tone too. I will definitely buy these again.
Cons: They took a day or so longer to settle than my usual Pirastro Perpetual strings. (They still sounded great though)

Well-balanced set of strings
Pros: Fitted well, not much variation in tuning in different environments (temperature, humidity). Balanced tone, good projection, highlights the woody bright nature of my violin.
Cons: The E string is a bit fragile, but I'm an energetic player, and E strings are notoriously temperamental. Like violinists.
Other: A fine set of strings, suitable for mid-range players, advanced students, and experienced amateurs like myself.

Pros: Get them !!!! I took a stab in the dark - cos I liked the colour of the pack :-) I play an old accoustic fiddle with a treble side fishman pick up and a bass side mounted mike. Both Live and recorded the A and E strings warmed up the crappy fishman saxaphone like dry sound. - fab !
Cons: The price - but I am Scottish
Other: Better than Thomastics in my book
