At the heart of Il Cannone Silver lies a focus on clarity with an overtone-rich resonance, particularly in the upper register. The D and G strings are wound with high-grade 99.85% pure silver flat wire, ensuring exceptional brightness and purity of sound, while enhancing the richness and colours in the lower range. These premium materials not only add a distinctive tonal shine but also contribute to lasting stability and performance durability.
The A string is built upon the same innovative synthetic core as the D and G strings and is wound with precision aluminium flat wire. The Silver E and Caprice E strings both feature a removeable ball end and are made using a unique carbon steel.
