Excellent service

Pros: Prompt and efficient service. Glad that spares are available.

Cons: Maybe the screw fixture itself could somehow be redesigned. I don't think it should work loose under normal conditions. I am not a professional player taking the Kuhn off incessantly nor am I constantly adjusting it
