I am impressed with their clear, resonant tone

Pros: This is the first time I have used solo strings and I am very impressed. They delivered a clear, resonent tone. They felt easy to play, which meant I could adapt quickly to them.

Cons: The binding at the ball end was quite chunky for my tailpiece, but I managed to have them fitted and really I consider this more of a problem with my tailpiece not having wide enough holes.
