Pros: This tailpiece makes fine tuning of the strings easy peasy lemon squeezy. The adjusters turn really easily and save wear and tear on my poor little digits.
Cons: Not much good for a 5 string violin.
Other: Don't know if it's just me, but, it seems to improve the tone of the violin too.

Pros: Allows easy adjustment of string length behind bridge after fitting. Tailgut ends clip neatly into product, so no need to cut to length.
Cons: Care needs to be taken when tightening, especially with 'e' string (or metal strings) - to avoid over tensioning strings.(not really a 'con' as this is part of the way it works)

Makes adjustments easy.
Pros: The sound was much improved after fitting this by measuring the after-length to 1/6 of the string length. Admittedly it was way out before. Any future adjustments should be easy, for example when the tailgut stretches, as the tailpiece won't need to be removed.
Cons: I'm not entirely convinced of the benefit of fine-tuning the after-length, as it doesn't seem possible to get all 4 after-lengths in tune as once. Maybe it's best to pick one string to fine-tune.

Very easy and convenient
Pros: Easy to fit and very easy to adjust
Cons: None
Other: The string length between bridge and tailpiece is supposed to be 1/6 of the playing string length, and this tailpiece allows adjustment without having to remove it - just turn a screw! And who wouldn't want 4 adjusters?

Very satisfied, need to check your chinrest first
Pros: Solid design and accurate finetuning experience.
Cons: I feel like this tailpiece is a little higher at the end nut side which requires more space for the Chinrest(over the tailpiece). Some chinrest may interfere with the tailpiece.
